I’ve noticed that people are hitting a wall - totally exhausted from fear, juggling ZOOM everything, & NOT being able to BE with the people we love. We women bear the brunt of family responsibilities under normal circumstances…
Now it’s getting worse - and the direct impact on women is real-they’re feeling the stress of ALL THE THINGS without outside help.

How To Overcome All or Nothing Thinking And Finding Your Middle Ground
Diane is knee deep in juggling going back to school & a new job. Being stuck at home in the “same apartment beige walls” during the pandemic is NOT helping either. I Don't Cry EVERYDAY Anymore
I was chatting with a friend about how she’s managing the pandemic with two elementary school kids, a newborn, & a puppy. Her response… I don’t cry everyday anymore. Ouch. So, how did she get past the daily tears?
