Where Are You Trying To Prove Yourself In Your Life?
Katy has wondered for YEARS why she feels like crap after a visit with her sister. Her sister is the “successful one”. When Katy’s around her she finds herself over-explaining her life choices. Kind of (ahem) justifying being single & taking a career path that’s different from the rest of the family. She feels judged. She’s judging her sister’s choices. AND she’s judging herself. There’s no room for connection & enjoyment just judging, comparing, & proving. It’s exhausting. N

Stop Shoulding All Over Yourself with Brigette Serfaty
When Brigette's marriage imploded it gave her the opportunity to re-evaluate. As things were falling apart, she was still highly functional at work & keeping the divorce under wraps- but in her personal life she was just getting by. She was on autopilot, running so fast that she wasn’t paying attention. By responding to what she thought she should do...be more involved with the PTA, be more engaged at work, etc. She realized she was living someone else’s to-do list. A simple
