We can't do it all alone. The work that we've been doing with the group is challenging. It can make you think and look at life a little differently, which can stir up emotions and questions. Having someone there to walk through it with you is invaluable. This kind of deep work is not an overnight fix, it is a process and it takes time. I don't usually work with clients for only one session because it doesn't allow enough time for the process and to really make an impact. But, because we are working together in a program, I feel good offering my services for a little extra support around what we are exploring in the group and what that might bring up for you.
