Where in Your Life Do You Feel Like There Is Something Wrong With You?

What’s WRONG with me?!

How many times have you thought that?

It’s cringe worthy typing it & it feels so much worse when you’re asking (& NOT usually very nicely) of yourself.

My client Kendra was PO’d because she can’t stick to a routine.

If she has a goal she’s working toward, she's rock solid. She creates a plan & sees it through.

But, once the thing is achieved she drops all of her consistent action.

What if she’s just a person who does better with a plan? And what if the goals she’s been able to achieve are proof of that?

Those questions were a lightbulb moment for her.

She’d never looked at it that way. She would just beat herself up & wonder WTH was wrong with her!

It’s painful when you’re making a result, an (in)action, a look, a response, etc. mean something negative about you.

When we explored this further she is a person who likes data. The idea of her past achievements proving that she does better with a plan felt like gathering empirical evidence-something she could really get behind.

Can you imagine how much better it feels to accept that there’s nothing wrong with you, you’re better off with a plan, AND have proof of it?!

It was HUGE for Kendra.

Where in your life do you feel like there is something wrong with you?

Where are you telling yourself that you’re not doing life, or your career, or being a mom, or a friend as well as everyone else???

What are you making it mean about you?

That you’re not good enough? Not smart enough? Capable? Loved?

^^This is where the pain comes from.

So, I want to invite you to ask yourself what are you making it mean about you. It’s one of the most powerful questions you can ask yourself.

I’ll give you some personalized feedback to help leave that behind.

Go here to set up a complimentary strategy session. Imagine 50 minutes to talk about YOUR needs.

If we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll discuss a customized plan just for you.

If not, there’s no pressure & you'll still walk away with insights.
